Perry began his investment career in 1991 as a Financial Consultant with Shearson Lehman Brothers, a predecessor firm to Smith Barney. He has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation, which identifies individuals who have met the experience requirements of the Center for Fiduciary Studies, a division of fi360, have gained a fundamental understanding of the principles of fiduciary responsibility and processes for meeting a defined standard of care, and have passed fi360’s AIF® examination. In addition, he holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable insurance licenses (including annuities).
Perry’s main responsibilities include helping clients navigate their portfolio and risk management decisions and deepening relationships with current and new clients through detailed conversations and meetings. He also focuses on creating individual wealth planning strategies, including: cash flow, savings and spending plans, family education and retirement planning, as well as reviewing tax returns and estate plan documents. He strongly believes in having a positive, long-lasting impact on his clients’ lives across multiple generations. He earned a B.A. in Psychology from Washington University in 1989. He often returns to St. Louis for various meetings at Stifel’s headquarters to help steer and advance the firm’s Solutions Round Table, which contributes to best practices discussions surrounding business, clients, and portfolio management concepts.
Perry and his wife, Debbie, have lived in West Hills, New York, for the past 20 years. They have three children – Ryan, Morgan, and Hayden, all of whom they are proud watching grow into fine, responsible young adults. Perry enjoys spending his downtime exercising and spending time with his large and wonderfully dysfunctional family.

He earned the Certified Financial Planner™ certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc., which identifies those individuals who have met the experience requirements of the CFP® Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework, and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination.
With more than 60 years in the business, Norman’s current responsibilities include participating in analyst and company conference calls, analyzing research reports, and evaluating historically attractive companies for possible introduction into client portfolios. He accompanies Perry in face-to-face client meetings and enjoys speaking with long-time clients, checking in on their health, their lives, and their families. He also continues to provide guidance on a macro level, with a long-range business focus, to the team members.
Norman remains involved with Cerebral Palsy of Nassau County (CPN), having served as treasurer of their foundation board. He and Bobbi, his wife of more than 60 years, have four children and seven grandchildren. They spend time both in North Hills, New York, and Delray Beach, Florida. Norman is an avid swimmer, cyclist, and overall exercise fanatic.

Staci began her financial services career with TD Waterhouse in 2000. Since then, she has gained industry experience in various areas, including deep-level client service, operations, corporate actions, and trade support. She joined Fishbein Wealth Advisory Group in 2005 as a Registered Marketing Associate. Today, she is responsible for handling daily operations, facilitating client deposits and withdrawals, opening new accounts, and maintaining existing accounts. She also assists with implementing stock and bond trades for client portfolios and helping resolve complex account-related issues. Her more than 20 years of experience working with diverse client relationships has made her an invaluable asset to the team.
